Chamomile tea has been described for years as a relaxing, noncaffeinated herbal tea. I'm happy that you find it beneficial. It may surprise you to learn that there have been no human studies to date that can verify the anecdotal claims made by chamomile tea drinkers like yourself.

Although there is a lack of data from studies, I think the millions of tea drinker can attests to its calming properties.
