Milk or No Milk?
Chamomile tea benefits can, amoung other things, help aid in weight loss, but the question is; have you been adding milk?
Scientists have discovered that tea contains high levels of compounds that help to reduce the amount of fat absorbed by the gut and can cut cholesterol. However proteins found in cows' milk neutralise this fat fighting ability.
Although milk is essentially a healthy choice, it seems as though some compounds cancel out the weight loss effects found in tea. For the full report check out The Telegraph.
